Rest Length

    Basically I've been training and progressing on things since January and I defenitely need to give my body and mind a at least a few days of rest.

    How long will it take before I start to lose the conditioning I've built up? I'm a little paranoid about that becuase I've worked too damn hard to lose anything.

    It really depends on what level of conditioning you`ve attained, how regularly you`ve been training and so on. But after 7 months training you can definitely give yourself a week off and come back just as fit.
