Who cares if he owned up to taking roids? That does nothing to overshadow that he took them in the first place. Plus it doesn't matter if he owned up or not, he didn't admit to taking them until after he got busted anyway. That's not owning up, that's getting exposed

But yeah, owning up to taking steroids after flunking a test is kind of like owning up to cheating on your wife/girlfriend after she catches you in bed with her sister. It's more honest but you're still a cheater.
