Just to reiterate this point, with the exception of Poirier, the opponents Conor has KOed in the UFC are all very short men.
Brimage (5'4), Brandao (5'7), Poirier (5'9), Siver (5'6), Mendes (5'6), Aldo (5'7), and Alvarez (5'7).

Conor's power has translated incredibly well when he's fighting people he's significantly taller than... Which is what you'd hope would happen.
When he fights guys his own size his power has generally not translated (Max and Nate).

Exactly. Connor has fought at 155 1x. He has fought smaller guys way more often than bigger guys. Nate isnt even that good but since hes bigger its a huge thing.. Yet when fedor was outweighed by over 100 lbs by a not great fighter.. He was a can. Guess what... Nate is a can basically but conor fans act like he was the hw champ. Right off hand i dont know the reach advantages.. But vs all the guys named as great wins.. Its been a good sized one. Aldo.. Alverez, both have shorter arms. Conor cut to a skeleton to be able to fight them. Holloway was very green when they fought, as was dustin.. They are both good wins, but max beat aldo 2x easily.. Because of his reach and size. Khabib doesnt have striking like Conor, Conor cant possibly learn grappling like khabib has.. Its a style fight. In the past the grappler wins most of the time if they have good takedowns. Even Damian m. won fights when bjj guys have shit takedowns. Nate could easily have beat Conor if he had any sort of decent takedowns. When a silva embarressed damian it showed just how much having no takedowns as a grappler sux. Khabib has many takedowns and wont be denied. Chad had conor down 3x in round one.. I expect khabib will have no issue taking conor down and keeping him down.

it makes sense though. connor fights tall so he can only ko a guy who is around his height or shorter. if he were a wrestler with powerful overhand then he could probably ko taller guys as it's much easier to throw a punch with a lot of power when you sit on your lead leg to generate more force.
