I remember someone posting a link to a set of wallmount resistance bands that you could use to work on your sprawl, striking, etc. I remember the webpage being geared towards wrestlers, that's about it. Anyone know what product I'm talking about and can offer a link?

When I trained at nova uniao, Pedro Rizzo was doing the drill. They were also doing knees and round kicks with the band. Seemed quite tough.

you mean sprawl/shot cables?

i.e.

?

I really have only seen one site carrying them, and that was literally, a year or 2 ago, so it's not something I can direct you too... hopefully one of the companies like SSF can redirect you to the right place if thats what your after.

Foz, OMG, your finally a mod!

And I just use my regular resistance bands for that drill, you can get them at most any sporting goods store.

So, how do you hook them up? I have a resistance band with two handles anchored into a wall nearby my heavy bag. I use it to practice jabs and crosses. Using something similar for sprawls/shots sounds interesting...

Im looking for some that just attach to your leg kind like what i saw rumina sato using in one of his highlights , i have no where to anchor things like shot cables in my room :P
