I'm not looking for a pirated copy. I am perfectly happy to pay for it. It's $15, but I need a PDF copy. Do you know what a PDF file is? I can't seem to find any working links for the PDF version.

If I wanted the stupid thing in book form I could get it anywhere. It is available in PDF, but I can't find a source.
