I agree quick and explosive is kryptonite for BF... Overeem is all about a one strike ko..his chin only appears to have improved because he keeps his hands high and rarely throws combos, if someone can lure him to an exchange take a few and survive and land some decent shots he could be ko'd especially if you push his cardio a bit....BF "could" pull it off but unlikely.

Both Cain and Cormier are better then most of the long list of guys who have flat-out demolished Overeem.

Bigfoot should be the favorite in this fight, as overeem really has to finish this in the 1st round. He just doesn't have the lungs to handle a long grueling fight with someone as big as Bigfoot--he'll exhaust himself quickly.

LOL, overeem actually did a little better than I thought he would--wining the first 2 rounds instead of just the 1st round.

It was not unreasonable to hugely favor Overeem. The vast majority of people did, and for good reason.

These "HA! Look at you now!!" threads are pretty dumb. Yes it's HW, yes anything can happen. But on paper this matchup was pretty solidly in Reem's favor, and you were not and are not unreasonable for thinking so.

He didn't really take BF seriously. It really wasn't possible to know ahead of time how much he overlooked the damn guy (one poster on here actually called that though).
