If Tito was afraid to fight Chuck, shouldn't he had fear for the man who BEAT Chuck?
Styles make fights.
Tito feared Chucks sprawl and brawl style(after training with him) but probably figured he could counter Randys clinch strikes and greco takedowns and score takedowns of his own, work from the top and win a decision. Bad call in retrospect but hey, shit happens. His good friend(at the time) and training partner Ricco Rodriguez had beat Couture not too long ago at heavyweight so that probably factored into the decision.
