Sounds like he's never even been hurt playing a sport. I can't even count how many times I got hurt playing football or rugby and didnt even realize it until after the game including a fractured back

A flying bat broke my hand playing rounders (Baseball basically) and I didn't realize until maths, two hours later.

My friend playing football (soccer) fractured his ankle playing, walked off the pitch, 😑waited till the end of the game. Hobbled to his car, drove to hospital.

Couldn't get iut of his car as the adrenaline wore iff and had to call the paramedics to get him from the hospital car park into A&E.

He's had a metal plate on his shin as it was fairly severe.

so yes you can continue when pumped up with adrenaline as he had no.idea it was fractured when he did it.
