I can't say enough about what a great resource this is. Just awesome. I haven't heard many people mention it, but Reilly has put up a *ridiculous* library of great sambo instructional clips and vids, all of which have excellent application to BJJ and other grappling arts.

Thought this valuable free resource deserves more publicity. If I recall, he's a student of one of our posters, Steve Smith, and his technique is a credit to his teaching!

reilly has some great leg lock explanations. i bought one of his dvds and my leg lock offense/defense have improved greatly. he goes into alot of detail and its beneficial to anyone where leg locks are allowed. i do alot of ibjjf tourneys, so reaping the knee isnt allowed, but naga and gq they are and while i havent pulled off any leg locks, ive defended a few where i couldve lost. i try to include other types of grappling arts into my bjj. it doesnt hurt to learn a few sambo techniques.

I love watching Reilly's stuff. His instruction is very clear and concise. I've incorporated alot of his transitions and positions to obtain straight ankles as I am a lowly blue belt and that is all I am allowed most of the time. But just good lower body positioning and awareness are some things I have picked up from his videos. I love leglocks.

Most entertaining grappler to watch IMO, the only thing i don't like about him is that he's affiliated with Ari Bolden.

Ahhh...no. How is he affiliated with Ari? Until his recent move to Texas (to be hired by Guy Mezger BTW), he was at my club and affiliated with the ASA (Which he still is). So, how exactly is he "affiliated" with Ari...other than the fact that Ari released a video to help promote Reilly's DVD. I don't think the two have ever met off line.
