I've read the FAQ's and Barr's articles and am curious. Does everyone just use normal Whey protein or something like Wheybolic that contains leucine, etc?
I generally buy my whey from Wal-Mart (although I think I may start buying from trueprotein), although I sometimes go to Vitamin World or wherever if there's a special or I want something different. Most of the specialty proteins, I believe, are just overpriced and overhyped same ol' stuff.
Some specialty proteins are indeed, specialty proteins...but most people who aren't competitive Athletes don't need to pay that much for a protein with 15% better protein synthesis. Wheybolic, is not one of the proteins worth paying the extra money for, period.
