I mean there are reasons why people have gotten much fatter in a short period of time. From the linked article: "The study didn’t look at the reasons behind the trends".
We know people are fat and we know fat is bad. Apparently we don't know why people are fat or what to do about it.
Buds we have gotten much biglier since I was a kid. Tremendously biglierLol America has always been a fat fuck country.

This is disgusting. Don't people care about their health? What about being attractive to the opposite sex? Being able to move around, be active, and simply...LIVE LIFE. For fucks sake, have some accountability for your lives.
How about parents?Lack of nutritional education, as far as I could tell. I could be wrong, but I think those massive junk food companies that target kids should be held accountable, like cigarette companies that kill thousands a year.
Far from it squirt. Just lose weight.Yeah! Bariatric surgery for all!
TS socialist confirmed.

I worked with two fat girls a few years ago. Their environmental impact was crazy higher than mine. Always cranked the AC, never walked, ate way more etc. Fat people aka sherdogger's moms are bad for the world and healthcare
A bit. I do dislike job jail, where no matter how productive you are, you're stuck in an office.Less bullshit 40 hour a week office jobs would probably help plus more socialised medicine that works strongly on prevention and demands people loose weight to have access to some treatments.

But people also need to stop being fat and being allowed to do so. Even with UHC they should pay higher premiums for being fatties.
I agree with the first part. Def doc discretion.it should probably be via doctor judgement of whether they are actively looking to loose weight or not. In the UK for example something like a hip replacement you won't get on the NHS(you can still go private of course) if your obese unless you can show your doing something about it.
Long hours office jobs though are I'd guess a massive part of people being overweight, no physical labour at work and people are so worn out mentally that there not going to do anything but veg out infront of a screen when their not working.

Don't you fucking judge me

But man, I have kids, work. My wife works and I have heart disease, but I manage to be in decent shape. I can still do a set of 5x10 of pull-ups of 5x5 with a kid RNCing me. There's time. People just choose to spend it doing nothing in front of s screen eating
Having kids at home at home and not at school isn't helping.
No recess.
No PE.
No Sports.
