first day of the two day split. i think for the time being im going to do the 2 day split as an every other day thing rather than as a 2 days a week until i can think of some stuff to do on my other days. alas, lets not get ahead of ourselves here...

Pullups 5x5@BW... tried to keep it as strict as possible, plan is to add weight next time and if i cant finish the 5x5 of pullups ill do as many as i can and switch to chinz
OHP 4x6@135... as previously mentioned, done with push press variation for a while but will eventually alternate the two

just softball today, made my debut at 3B and vacuumed up anything within 100 miles of me. also managed a rare day of hitting going 3/4 in an also rare victory

softball again, but made my triumphant return to mediocrity. 0/3 and managed to ground into a double play in the standard losing effort. felt good enough afterwards to manage this...

217.5/21... not bad at all considering the utter disgrace ive been for the last week (7 straight cheat days) culminating in me stuffing my face with pizza and cookies while watching the affliction card last night. still i wont push my luck and will hopefully turn back around in the right direction

Front Squats 4x6@185... its become necessary for me to retool my squat again so ill focus on that over weight for a while. felt good today up until the last set, kept my back arched properly, sat back not down, etc. last set involved a little overcompensating
Bench Press 2x8, 1x6@215... used to be a bench monkey, now i cant even manage this. i wouldnt worry so much except ive long been week on the other two legs of the triad and if i lose this one i may cry

rode my brothers bike to the track (literally havent ridden a bike in over 5 years, it was terrifying and so awkward) which was about 1.5 miles then ran some sprints (8x100m, each 100m of sprinting followed by 100m of walking) then rode the bike home approximately 1 mile

Deck of Cards - Situps, Pushups, BW Squats, Jumping Jacks... just getting back into cardio so I wanted to come up with the easiest 4-pack possible and I will alternate exercises every time. Also, didn't bother to time myself or anything but I didn't stop at all other than to flip the cards.

Off day tomorrow and will be ordering UFC 87. Rooting for Fitch but I like both and I'm fine with GSP winning so long as its a good fight. Also going with Florian and Lesnar.

ive been working out but invariably either forget to log it or sherdog refuses to acknowledge my new posts (anyone else having these problems? perhaps i should contact a webmaster). i cant really remember far back enough to retroactively update but ill try to get it back in order going forward
