Ref standups?

I'd say shields slightly edged the decision, but what was with the ref standup? Shields might not have won those rounds if the ref had stood him up as quick as he did Maia. Not to mention the shorts grabbing

Shields never gets stood up despite doing nothing, and Shields usually sneaks in cheats so short grabbing is to be expected.
