I'm not lifting in this one, my next meet in June 27. I'm still going out to support Godsen/get drunk that night.
 
I was thinking about lifting in a meet. I wont be able to lift alot but it will keep me motivated if I am going to compete. Plus not alot of people lift at 165

I was shooting for 5 sets of 10, but the cramps in my back were too much for me to handle. I guess going out to the bar last night wasnt the best idea.
 
You're going to be sore and tight for the first few weeks no matter what. It'll come with time.

Last night I went to the local brewery and planned on drinking a few beers with dinner then going home. It was all going great until my buddy decides it a good idea for us to do 5oz beer shots. 5 shots later, I was in drinking mode. 4 hours later I was hammered and I passed out watching Superbad. I woke up just in time for work. Normally I dont have to do alot at work, but today I had to load about 50 4x8 sheets of slat wall onto a truck. By the time I lift, my back is already sore, and I am still hung over.
