On Woot.com today. Personally, I have a different brand, but a HR monitor was really helpful to me in improving my conditioning and weight loss when I was training.
Would probably be more accurate taking a one second reading and multiplying by 60 :icon_lol: Seriously though, i'd check reviews etc first, probably wont be that accurate.
I personally like taking my own heart rate now since I'm a bit out of shape - it gives me something to focus on besides feeling crappy
