Will repeat squats at 135 on Monday, as the last 7 or so reps felt poor. Hopefully I will have some sort of music available to me. The music played in the gym is shit.
Squat form felt smoother today, but the last 4 or so reps were still tough. I don't know how the hell I'm going to squat through next week with an extra 20+ pounds on the bar, especially when I don't have music. Fuck it, we'll see how it goes.
