Red State retracts Trump's invitation after his Megyn Kelly "blood" comment

haha, erick erickson has said some pretty outrageous things about women and now hes up in arms about trump? something is really up here. fox news really set up this event to get trump out.
Pretty funny that Red State sent out a tweet questioning if Trump is a true conservative and I'd say 90-95% of the responses were pro-trump.

these guys are so blind by rage and paranoia they cant see past that trump is no conservative and has nothing to offer other than insults.

They see Trump as a major threat and fear him like the plague. They'll do whatever it takes to oust him.

It's obvious that from the very beginning, the Fox News brigade didn't want Trump in the race. They know women will be the key demographic voting in this election (expect to see the Democrats run wild with the "war on women" narrative, even more than they are now, as anyone who follows Robert Reich on Facebook can tell you) and they can't have a Republican candidate who alienates women. So they went after Trump hard. Trump fired back in a very stupid manner.

Even still, I can't help but be entertained by all of this. Love him or hate him, the only reason I even tuned into the last debate was to see Trump say stupid, bigoted things. This is fun to watch. The right will unify in hammering Trump.

Also, LMFAO @ calling the DNC the "Vagina Monologues."

Rich, indeed. As much as we should avoid judging and moralizing, lest one paints themselves into a corner, the things Trump was saying did irk me a bit. Megyn is hardnosed to be sure. Legitimate criticisms may affect her, but I can't imagine she had high expectations for Mr. Trump.

Seeing the hard right wing turn on the FOX News editorial staff is one of the most bizarre, unexpected, and delightful political coups I've ever witnessed. So, Trump, thanks for that.

Do you really blame them? Trump attached himself to the Republican primary like a parasite. He doesn't care about the party or the ideology and sees them as nothing more than vehicles for self-promotion. Any GOP strategist or donor who's serious about trying to win in 2016 wants him to go away because he's just making a mockery of the entire process. They want to focus their resources on somebody who's actually serious.

So yes they see him as a threat to...winning.

Everyones puzzled about what his true motivations are, and thats what makes him compelling. It certainly cant be self-promotion for his business ventures because he has done irreperable harm to his brand.

His response on Twitter is political correctness is killing our country and called it weakness.

I agree with The Donald. You invite Trump because you like he the fact that he says what he wants and doesn't give politically correct answers and now he's uninvited over it.

He's right about PC being stupid but damn if he got elected....I might have to move to Canada

Disagreed. He now has a VERY loyal customer base.

Trump is becoming Will Ferrell's character in The Campaign. He can put out a sex tape with his opponents wife and get a bump in the polls.

Does anybody know if anybody bought Trump's line about how "he was talking about Megyn Kelly's nose"? When he said "bleeding from her ... wherever"

That's why i'm starting to admire him. It's becoming 1v100 with him and the RNC.

Someone said on The Nightly Show, Trump is like a Ctr+Alt+Del to the political system on the right. He's the tea party on steroids. He's just got the money and no fear of saying his true feelings. The tea party were a bad bunch too, well some of them.

no one....I loved the part in the debate where he gave her a warning I can be not so nice to you. Its something an asshole politician would say to a journalist behind closed door and he did right in front of everyone. I do expect her to apologize to him very soon though

What is the end game for Trump? The guy has so much pride and ego I can't see him saying I'm out, you win. I think it's 75/25 right now he goes independent.

theyre not the people who can afford his hotels though.

true, but they could afford to go to his casinos or things like that. Having a retarded fan base who worships you is a big asset

The whole idea that people are up in arms over his comment is laughable. It's not even a big deal, but of course it's made into a big deal. So stupid.

As for his excuse, I don't care. It is what it is. It has no bearing on anything.

Funnily, it is not being done by the political left, knowing that he feeds their cause by disintegrating the GOP, but by a hypocritical part of the right who fears for their candidates.

I don't care who's doing it. Doing it at all is dumb.
