Red dots on skin because of weightlifting?

I am sorry to have to tell you this... but you have 6 weeks to live.
 
First: how did you work out? Are we talking possible haematoma and broken sternum from some 300lb C&Js, or spandex-chafe from 49 sets of high rep hammer curls?
 
But isn't it bad if the powder mixes with the baby oil that is already covering my masculine physique?

You know the answer then.

It could be just broken blood vessels. Race does have something to do with it, different skin types show different things.
 
Then when I hit the gym again on Friday, that's when I first noticed that there were these small red dots on the areas I worked out.



I guess we missed something quite essential: Which areas would that be?


If you were doing erection curls and your weiner is getting red spots, I'd see a doctor, but if it's the area the bar presses on during squats, I wouldn't worry.
