WHen you guys do body weight squats were do you hold your arms and hands? When I was in bootcamp RDC's ad us hold our hands straight out palms down same thing in pre-BUDS training, a frank shamrock training film I watch he holds his in a praying position; what do you guys do?
the further u hold ur arms in front of u , the more the centre of gravity will shift. dont know what that will do exactly except maybe shift focus more the stabilising muscles and ur balance a small amount.
get your ass all the way down then explode up, you want to get the full range of motion. You will gain more strength that way
