Hello

I am going to spend 10 days in Rio. Would like to train a few times no-gi.

Can anyone recommend a gym that is either a Luta Livre gym or a BJJ gym with no-gi classes, which is friendly to foreigners?

I am a BJJ white belt, no competitor. Just want to enjoy holiday and experience training in Rio. I do speak european portuguese (not fluently, but ok).

Thanks!

Edit: sorry, I forgot to add that it should be located in zona sul!

Came here to say RFT, someone already did before me. My coaches got their black belts there, it's a very serious gym.

Thanks guys. The other ones I found so far are Rio Fighters with headcoach Milton Vieira. And Eugenio Tadeus gym, which I am not sure about, where it is located.

Again, BJJ schools with no-gi classes would be great, too!

Try to search on the Internet the schedule of the most famous academies like Nova Uniao, Alliance, Gracie Barra, Checkmat, etc...
From Luta Livre you also have the academies of Hugo Duarte and Alexandre Pequeno
