Alright so I ended up buying 600G of the Optimum stuff. I thought about buying the GNC brand but then I realized how dumb the lady working there was when she tried to sell me a multivitamin claiming it would help me build muscle because it was time released.

I'm also paranoid about health and Creapure sounds like the best stuff.
