Hey, all. Can anyone recommend a good Q&A style career assistance site? I'm not talking about stuff like Myers Briggs personalityb tests (done many of those), I'm looking for more of a site that, given that I know my personality/style/etc., offers realistic options.
NOTE: I've talked to career counselors at school, surfed Monster, et al., even hired a professional job coach, to no avail. I'm looking for specific, targeted realistic options.
    Thanks a lot in advance.

I did read What Color is Your Parachute. It was ok, but a little idealistic, I thought. I'm hoping for something a bit more pragmatic, I guess. I think there are a lot of careers in which I could excel, and be at least somewhat happy.

Temping is a possibillity, but it seems not really economical in terms of time spent. I mean, I've had plenty of jobs before, but anyway, it seems like temping would involve spending 6 months or so in a position to learn whether I'm good at it or have a future in it.
I have no aversion to work (I have a full time job now), but I want a real *career.* I've done the whole "work here for 2 years, get nowhere" thing enough. I need solid info on developing real career possibilities.

Yeah, I have a degree in sociology (for whatever that's worth). I'd go back to school for a certification/Master's degree if I knew what field would work.
I'm hoping to find a career based website, kind of like www.findyourspot.com is for people who want to move but don't know where to.
    thanks again.
