this saturday's suekjao muay thai main event at siam omnoi: kiewpayak vs. lamnammoonlek
I heard that Kiewpayak vs Lamnamoonlek has been moved to Raja on the 29th but I'm not 100% sure. It could also be on the 30th.
unless things changed within the last 3 hours where the promoter last posted about this saturday's matchup...which would not surprise me one bit since things change fairly frequently and without warning but they did put out the ads and the tv promos. where did you hear it from? maybe they know something is up
kiewpayak at 130 lbs (+0.370) vs. lamnamoonlek at 132 lbs (-0.570); another site has 7:4 odds for lamnamoonlek based on the 2lb weight difference
yothin f.a. group (+0.450) vs. thongnoi (-0.650); kompatak sinbi (-0.940) vs. view petchkoson (+0.740)
I was talking to muaythaichai/results on Twitter this morning about the fight and he told me that it's been moved back to Raja like Kaona v Yodlekpet. He's usually on top of things like this but it hasn't been confirmed so I haven't said anything about it yet.
This is what he said: "Yeah, it was meant to take place on the 1st of August, but because Kaona vs Yodlekphet got moved to Rajadamnern, Lamnamoonlek vs Kiewpayak got moved earlier."
we will find out soon enough but do let us know if he updates you on a change in venue/date
main event fightrs all weighed in (both at 138) and ready to go for tonight
He announced on Instagram 14 hours ago, that it will be the main event of Omnoi for this weekend and not Raja.
rajadamnern singmawyn promotion july 22, 2020
in addition to the kiewpayak vs. lamnamoonlek main event bout this saturday at siam omnoi, the 2nd fight on the card features tai sor.jor. peakuthai vs. petchgarfield jitmuangnon. tai is the younger brother of kulabdam. this should be a good fight and worth watching.
thaksinlek snaps that losing streak finally, good for him! maybe the change in training camp helped for this fight.
Where is he training? I saw some sparring video from Sitmonchai but it seemed like it was just a short visit
he has been training at sitmonchai, although i am not sure if it was just for this fight or he plans on staying there a bit longer. i will ask and get back to you.
update: @Kanka trainer is not sure, he thinks that thaksinlek will go back to bangkok once covid/emergency decree is over.
I was going to ask something similar about Sangmaee, but it was about whether his trainer is a well known high level coach or not. it's always suspicious when guys open up their own gyms but if I got the timeline correct I believe Sangmanee had an amazing run not long after he moved to his own gym.
One of Sangmanee's current trainers (the one that hurt his neck) was Buakaws trainer for many years, but got fired for some reason.
What's the Kiatpet Amarin main event for this Sunday?
