more than Stipe deserves a rematch with Cormier. Joe Rogan said to DC that if DJ should get a rematch then so should Stipe.

1 Stipe got finished. DJ lost a split decision.
2 DJ has a win over Cejudo. Stipe.
3 DJ has a many more title defences than Stipe.

Not to say Stipe isn't by far the most qualified for a rematch with DC, but still, the situations are very different.

    I agree. Seems pretty obvious.

Cejudo won a split via lay and pray while DJ utterly destroyed him. They're barely 1-1. Easily deserves an immediate rematch.

Really not sure why theres so much talk of Stipe getting one, theres a pretty obvious skill gap between LHW and HW and he lost decisively. Stipe needs at least one win to justify it imo.

Definitely agree we should see a MM-Cejudo trilogy match. MM was champ forever and that fight was super close.
