Rear Hooks/Body Triangle Escapes?

Hey guys, I've searched all over youtube for this, can't seem to find anything. How do you escape rear hooks and/or a body triangle from the opponent on your back. I end up in this position sometimes, and have no idea what to do. I know if they cross their feet, you can ankle lock them. Rear hooks ain't so hard for me to get out of, but I always seem to be put in a body triangle after they get the hooks in. So, any help? Thanks!:)
 
bad position to be in in the first place so step one is not to get your back taken.

but if u do, put 2 hands on the main choking arm to keep yourself from getting subbed. then use one hand to grab a foot and pry that hook off. then you have to quickly turn into him and fall back in his guard.

I even take it a step further. when I get one hook out (say the right leg) I will stay on my left side, turning into the opponent while on my left side, and reach towards the head with my right arm. if done correctly, you will have them in side mount when finished.
 
If someone gets me in a body lock triangle. I do that thing where I do the calf slicer with their own leg - folding their lown leg back over their other leg. Thank fucking shows em!
 
Try this,

When the guy already has either of these positions on you let the arm that he's choking you with curl around you neck. Then wait for him to squeeze really tight. Once you feel yourself about to pass out tap on his arm or leg repeatedly.

This usually gets them to let go of both hooks/body triangle and the choke at the same time.

For a body triangle fall to the side where he has the triangle. Hook the leg for an ankle lock or atleast to get it off you.

If someone is going for a RNC always scoott your back to the mat and turn inwards towards the body.
 
If you get caught in a body triangle you can actually tap the person who does it to you ^

when you do the "2 on one" do you ever take the choking arm and put it on the opposite side of your neck??? try it. I.E if he's choking you with the left arm then you apply a two on one grip and trap the arm on the right side of your neck and vice versa.....the only sub I've seen people try when you do this is an armbar, and you can feel it coming from a mile away. this is a great way to defend the deadly rear naked...but for body triangle....???I dunno:(

ok, with the two hooks its fairly easy if he is on his back with you on top, when he has your back just put your but to the mat and scoot your butt out (think of trying to put the back of your head as close to his hips as possible, this makes it almost impossible for him to choke you, and it brings his hooks from between your hips to your stomach area, then turn into him or keep the guard open and pass to half
