Hey guys, I've searched all over youtube for this, can't seem to find anything. How do you escape rear hooks and/or a body triangle from the opponent on your back. I end up in this position sometimes, and have no idea what to do. I know if they cross their feet, you can ankle lock them. Rear hooks ain't so hard for me to get out of, but I always seem to be put in a body triangle after they get the hooks in. So, any help? Thanks!
