It seems awfully suspicious that the UFC decides to stop drug testing at the exact same time that their most marketable fighter gets popped for cocaine and also has a highly suspicious T/E ratio. Perhaps the UFC decided to stop drug testing not because of Cung Le, which is an old issue, but rather because they can't afford to keep losing big name fighters like Jon Jones.
The UFC knew about Jon's results all month and deliberately announced that they were going to stop random drug testing before they announced Jon's results. Timing it that way, it was easier to pin the drug testing decision on Cung Le and to then ship Jon to rehab for cocaine, while sweeping the strange T/E ratio under the rug.
