^ this pretty much sums up how every exchange with Nate will go down. It's also why Conor didn't want to do media for this fight.

Conor no longer has the mystic mac aura and he knows it. What can Conor say against a guy that beat him on 2 weeks notice and is not a midget? Every time Conor tries to get something witty going, Nate will just shut that shit down with "I got a slot open in my Sunday morning kids bjj class." or "You tapped out, pussy." Conor doesn't want to lose face, so now he suddenly pretends he doesn't want to do media/press conferences anymore.

I find it funny how everyone's just believing Conor when he says he's "tired of promotion". You could argue that Conor's media appearances and shit talking are half the reason why Conor's so popular in the first place. Now he says he suddenly doesn't want to do what made him famous, what brought him tons of money, and what will bring him more money if he just decides to do it? Does anyone think that if they gave him Frankie or Aldo again, Conor wouldn't be at the press conference talking lots of shit and saying he's changing their bum lives?

In reality, Conor just can't talk shit anymore. Neither he nor his apologists can handle that fact.

Nahhhhh, he just don't wanna sit too close of the Stockton slap

Exactly, it's so funny, one of the slowest witted guys in MMA is about to bend the best talker in MMA over his knee and verbally spank his ass with nothing more than "Conor got his ass beat!"

This is what I think it's been about from the get go, as clever as Conor can be there's really no answer to that!

He needs advice from Chael about how to promote after losing.

I think the more logical reason is to create hype and bring attention to himself. Or they're saving this fight for the New York card.

When millions are involved. I would give two fucks less about winning verbal exchanges.

And honestly Conor is 100% right if he has legit proof he's made the UFC 700 million over his last few fights. People can argue "o he made 10 mil 15 mil stop complaining" are totally in the wrong and retarded. If Conor is sole reason for the 700 mil and he's seeing a grand total of lets say 30 mil, its chump change, no matter how you slice it.

The fact that MMA hasn't had to bow down to the Muhammad Ali act has allowed the UFC to rob its fighters for years.

Chael had the greatest short term memory I've ever seen on a fighter, he'd get beat and just continue talking, water off a ducks back with that one...

I can see the presser now:
Nate - "Homie is scared as he a taping Motherf*****"
Conor - "please don't call me a Motherf*****"

Duh. Cloner is shook. He knows he can't win in the cage and he knows he can't win out of the cage.

He's traumatized and got owned mentally and physically by Diaz. Of course he doesn't want to be anywhere near him, probably file a restraining order soon

Not to mention that there's gonna be one in Stockton.

They'll boo his ass out the fucking building.

I hated Nate, liked Conor. Now I like Nate, Hate Conor.

Out of all seriousness...Nate aint lying.

Hater say Conor needs to shutup and work on his cardio and ground game

Conor shuts up to go work on his cardio and ground game

Haters complain that they can't see Conor at a press conference

He can't lose verbal exchange to Nate who can barely speak and is probably illiterate. What's bothering him is that he can't compete with his own standards anymore since he lost, and can no longer maintain his own overconfident, cocky approach and megalomaniac plans because it'd look incongruent at this moment.

lol people actually believe Conor is scared of a verbal exchange with Nate?

Wow, good insight. This is really original and hasn't been posted at least 50 times already in at least 10 different threads.

This is the first time I've made a "somebody already said that shit" post. I usually think it's asinine, but come on. This has literally been posted in every large thread on this topic (which there are way too many of).

He has to rejuvenate his shit talkin because it will soon be to redundant to hear the Floyd Mayweather money-materialistic bling bling shit-talking.
I also think that some of the smack that he said to Nate sounded scripted, since he apparently has help from other people in his shit talk, they will find some other angle to come up with something new to say. Don't you all think so?

Chael Sonnen was an effective shit-talker despite losses, why can't Conor (and his script writers) be that too?

Yeah, that happened to me right after the Diaz/Shamrock fight. Yeah, yeah, I know that was Nick, but they're basically the same person. Before the fight I had always strongly disliked him but something happened I can't completely figure out that caused me to do a complete 180 on them. Probably would enjoy meeting the Diaz bro. more than any other fighter.
