RDA broke his foot last FRIDAY, but was still training on SATURDAY, pulled out on TUESDAY - Odd no?

The funniest part is how RDA went on and on about how easy this fight would be.

How are professional fighters so inept at taking care of their bodies. Say what you want about McGregor, but he isn't pulling out of a fight unless he's dying. His approach to training, focusing on movement and upgrading the "software" so to speak is the future of the sport.

so one guy deluding himself with some karate type nonsense and avoiding injury for a few fights and suddenly he's the future? lol

He isn't the only one. Many athletes are beginning to understand the importance of low impact exercise being incredibly beneficial without risking injury. Condit is a firm believer now and hired his own movement coach to help recover from surgery.

Your hatred for Conor is deluding you. Witnessing what he has done thus far while facing ridicule over his training methods the entire way and sticking to it and delivering results is all I need to see to appreciate the different approach. Cain should take notes.
