If you removed the Mcgregor vs Diaz fight from ufc 196 for it's significance then ufc 199 was much, much better.

This card exceeded my expectation.

Congrats to Bisping, what a story.

Easily a 10, the best card this decade if you include the early prelims. I'd still say 189 had a better main card but that card only picked up on the last prelim, this one was great from the very first fight.
