Demetrious Johnson vs. Henry Cejudo- FLW Title Fight
    Anthony Pettis vs. Edson Barboza
    Roy Nelson vs. Derrick Lewis
    Robert Whittaker vs. Rafael Natal

    FS1 Televised Prelims:

    Andre Fili vs. Yair Rodriguez
    Kevin Lee vs. Efrain Escudero
    Jessica Aguilar vs. Juliana Lima
    Danny Roberts vs. Dominique Steele

    Fight Pass Prelims:

    James Vick vs. Glaico Franca
Clint Hester vs. Marcos Rogerio de Lima

PLEASE NOTE that like all my other rating threads, the order posted above is not official and is purely for the sake of the thread. Give or take 1 prelim fight or so, the UFC 197 card is all set to go. What do you guys think of the card? As far as the entire body of fights, I rate it higher than 196 although the main event of UFC 196 is unbeatable but this one has a lot of great fights throughout. Pettis/Barboza and Nelson/Lewis are going to be absolute barnburners and I'm really excited to see how Jon Jones looks for his first fight back from his extended leave. I don't like the Whittaker/Natal matchup but looking at the MW rankings there wasn't a lot available and Natal is on a nice little streak that I had no idea about. I'm sure that fight will end up being entertaining as well. I think having Fili vs. Yair head up FS1 would be a great idea because there's no way that one isn't a barn burner. If I had to rate this card out of 10 if would be a solid 8.5-9. I think it has a little something for everyone. What do you guys think?

It's pretty stacked thb. But sometimes stacked cards don't result to great fights.

Very true. Example would be 194. But it's still fun to rate cards based on anticipation, matchups and name value etc.

Definitely a 9/10. I think it's better than UFC 196 even though more people probably want to watch the main and co-main for 196.

Noone wants jones vs dc 2 except jones haters and delusional dc fans. It kinda just has to go down as a formality.

I am looking forward to the pettis fight the most.

Yikes at those fs1 prelims, usually they have a decent name headline those.

For me I guess a 6. I hope cejudo can get the upset but then that could prolong the FlyW division's lifespan which would be unfortunate.

About an 8 or 8.5. I don't blindly hate on FLW fights, but Cejudo is a tough dude who won't win, but also won't get finished, so we're likely to see a somewhat ho-hum 5 rounder. The Natal-Whittaker matchup is a weird one, though I'm happy Whittaker should be able to get a nice highlight out of it. Other undercards fights are ok. Very very solid main card though.

I feel the same about Mighty Mouse vs. Cejudo. That fight (Like most MM fight) doesn't do much for me.

I'd say on paper 9 out of 10, but there's a significant risk of boring fights which could drop the card all the way down to 5 or 6.

9/10. But, I would be happy if Roy/Lewis got moved of the main card, for maybe Yair vs Andre.
