Non Weightlifting Days (Usually Tuesday/Thurs/Sat/Sun): Light Cardio Work done usually in the Evenings, early afternoon. 3mile LSD, some burpees, pushups, situps.

AM: 1 multi-vitamin (Mega men) 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil
5g Creatine Monohydrate, 5g Beta Alanine

Lunch: 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil

PM: 1 multi-vitamin 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil
1 Complete Protein shake (mix of caesin & whey)

Weightlifting Days (Usually Mon/Wed/Fri) Heavy lifting session in the Evening along with swimming, sprints and muscular endurance excercises.

AM:1 multi-vitamin (Mega men) 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil
5g Creatine Monohydrate, 5g Beta Alanine

Lunch: 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil

PM: Postworkout shake 2 scoops of Madmick recipe (30/30/30 whey, maltodextrose, dextrose 5/5 Creatine/BCAA)
1 multi-vitamin 1 Glucosamine/Condrotin 5 Fish Oil

The excercises I listed aren't exact just to give you a general idea of what kind of workload my body is under. How does my supplementation look? Any glaring inadequacies?
 
Basically what I take on a regular basis, except I don't take glucosamine.

5g beta alanine at once seems like a lot. You should consider separating it into two 2.5g doses. You don't notice extreme paraesthesia from such a high dose at once? Even if I take 2g at once I feel it.
 
I like the tingling, I often sneak in a pre work masturbation while my hands are numb. I call it the stranger.
 
I was taking (2) 2.5g doses one post workout and 1 before bed then I got ballsy and took 5g all at once.... i felt nausea and way too much tingling for my liking... back to (2) smaller servings for me.
 
How many guys in here are on Beta-Alanine, these days?
 
You are taking 25g of fish oil daily? I thought the FAQ said that 7g per day is about the average, so that's what I've been shooting for.

He takes 15 caps a day. Regular fish oil has 180EPA/120DHA per pill, so that is 2700mg EPA / 1800 DHA. Not more than most heavy fish oil advocates take. I try to take 15 a day too, but it usually ends up being around 12, just cause I take them 4 at a time as that usually is the amount I can take without getting fish burps.
