I have a feeling that it would look just like the first fight, or worse, like Rashad's fight against Nog.

Rashad didn't know how to deal with Jones' reach, maybe he worked on some things and he has a better idea of how to handle it now, but until then, he has to earn it.

It all depends on how impressive Rashad is vs. Chael if he wins. If Rashad can finish him, that may possibly give him another shot because having a win over Hendo and then Chael is a good way to make a case for another shot IMO.
