Rash Guard Question

So I got a new rash guard recently. (long sleeve RVCA black rash guard.)

After rolling in it & running it through the wash, I noticed it had all kind of lent, hair, fuz, etc. stuck to it. When rolling, it seems to pick up everything on the mat. I've never had this problem with a rash guard before. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there anything you can do to prevent it? Thanks!

Funny, last night at the gym I saw a guy in one of those rashguards cursing while picking lint off of himself.

I've never had this happen with a rash guard ever. Are these made of cotton some how?

Wear it out in public a few times and make sure people see it.
Fixes it common problem.
