Quicksilver should be above Black Widow. He's got a superpower, she doesn't. And super speed is a great power to have, even if they didn't show it properly in AoU. Look what Quicksilver did with the exact same power in Days of Future Past. MCU Quicksilver is capable of the same thing.

In the movies, Thor does seem to be one-upping Hulk. I have him winning even in Thor Ragnarok before his upgrade in Infinity War.

In the comics, best version of Hulk beats pretty much any version of Thor.

God I remember that from so long ago, it was when they were all fighting Set. Crazy issue!

Edit: I just remembered, I think Sue Storm put a force bubble around his head so he ran out of air while She Hulk worked the body and eventually that reverted him to Banner. Was SW involved as well?

Her hex powers / chaos magic can cause random unlikely events and they are always detrimental to their opponent. Her powers would allow her to affect hulk negatively - weaken; slow him down, whatever.

And the What If issue was if the God Serpent (Set I think) had successfully mind controlled/married his brides (scarlet witch, invisible woman, she hulk, etc..).. they basically switched sides and killed the remaining heroes who weren’t poisoned and converted into snakes. It was a very memorable issue. Scarlet witch was the main reason they easily wiped out those heroes because her hex powers were so OP. Hulk was easily having his way with the women until SW turned him into Bruce banner.

No pretty sure it was scarlet witch. Her magic destroyed two of them and one of them was the hulk. He was easily swatting the others away until she turned him to banner. Glad I am not the only one that remembered that issue. The ending was pretty cool if not depressing.

One of my favorite part of that issue was Doom burned alive. He died proclaiming “I am Doom do you hear me! I am Doom!,”
