Few interesting facts from this ranking:

- Lots of UFC fighters, but only one in Bellator!?

- What happened with Norway? Only one fighter in top 30!

- Superior Challenge Sweden and Cage Finland are currently the top regional promotions.

- Sweden obviously has the best fighters, but Finland has the most fighters per capita.

A few years ago Joachim Hansen would have been topping that list. Now I'm surprised he's not a little further down. Love that guy but he's just not the same. Other than that Go Gus.

I like Niinimaki going forward. He had a very impressive showing against Yahya and seems to be very well rounded.

No Martin Svensson on the list?

- Bellator didn't scouted Nordic Area much, they're more focused on Russia and Brazil. In Europe Cage Warriors always had good nordic fighters.

- Norway had the best nordic veteran in Hansen, he was a star in Japan, and Einemo that was an ADCC champ if I'm right. Then, the scene falled I think cauz pro fights are forbidden and in general there isn't much interest.

- Superior Challenge is very good, sometimes they bring even UFC/Bellator vets (Leites and Horn I remember) and have a top 10 fighter in Pannie Kianzad.

I don't understand why the rankings don't count female fighters: that area have big talents like Pannie Kianzad, Maria Hougaard Djursaa, Tina L

I think Nicolas Dalby will rise through those rankings soon enough. Str8 up beast.

Good! That's ok with the separated ranking.

I forgot about Celine Haga, after she went something like 1-11 now she's 4-1 in her last 5 bouts with a win over Naho Sugiyama.

No Mohsen Bahari (7-1) from Norway on that list http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Mohsen-Bahari-61152

No Jack Hermanson (7-2) who is Norwegian based but is a Swedish national http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Jack-Hermansson-61146

Surprised Mikkel Parlo is so low there too and Lucio Linhares is retired too right?

Mohsen Bahari is #33 on this list and Jack Hermansson is #45.

Mikkel Parlo in the latest fight had an opponent with a very low rating (5 out of maximum 35).
That is affecting his score.
He is in the virtually tie for places 12

Awesome work guys! I am a fan of statistics. Do you guys have the full database published somewhere with a search function? It would be cool to check it out.

You have the website in my signature. There is lot of MMA statistic there. Let me know what you think.

Hay man, it is awesome. Which data bases do you scour in order to get your data? Do you have easy access to them?

P4P ranking for fighters from Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland is updated on Jun 9, 2014.

Niklas Backstrom has the biggest jump - from #13 to #6. He is now almost tied with Akira Corassani.

Tom Niinimaki and Joachim Hansen both lost two weeks ago and are now ranked couple of spots lower.

Another Swede jumped significantly - Jack Hermansson is a new CWFC champ.
Mohsen Bahari is now in top 25.
