What do you guys think about this circuit with regards to MMA? I think it has a place but it would be more productive if he changed the weight for the different movements.

good interview...nothing really surprising except for the out of shape guy doing the interview and the fact that Randy says that the products he used (especially that strap) made an improvement.....obviously he gets paid to say those things but it just sounded weird

Nothing new. Hoped to see him training, not hearing him talk.

That close-up on his ear made me horny. Those cauliflower ears make me stiff.

 

Fizogen must be the shit; look how swole their marketing rep or whoever he was is. I wish Randy would have said something along the lines of: "Your supplements suck ass" and then he slams that little tub of shit through the floor mats.

I guess you can't always get what you want though.

When I was at the Arnold Classic last year Fizogen was there and they were giving out free shirts at their booth. They had some big guys at the booth. In order to get a free shirt you had to take yours off and if you were fit enough then they gave you one... supposedly. But it seemed like they give a shirt to anyone who took their shirt off. They had tons of people in front of their booth.

And yes I got a free shirt.

He looked pretty small in those vids compared to how he looks in all his HL and fighting vids.

 

It looked alright for conditioning specific to MMA, obviously its not for strength or power. I might start trying these next year.
