I love Randy and Sherk. I just saw a few pics of randy beating Sherk in an armwrestle a couple years ago. I find this very surprising at the same time impressive. Sean is like the strongest smaller guy you will find. Could sean have just goen easy on Randy or is Randy really a lot stronger than he looks?

I was once 220lb and the arm wrestling champ within everyone I knew. We even had a huge tournament in high school. This was 16 years ago and my school had 3000 kids, I'm guestimating 1500 males.

I lost 30 pounds about a year later but still kept my strength. I arm wrestled some jabroni I killed in the past and he beat me. I was shocked.

Weight matters big time.
