I'm making this thread to let it be known that I am proud of my man Rampage Jackson. I stuck next to him through thick and thin, through car chases, and losses. My proudest moment was when Rampage walked through Chuck Liddell and shut up a whole bar of naive UFC nuthuggers while winning his UFC title.

I am here to say, Rampage, we your fans, we are happy to see you fight in any orgnization, and are proud to see you win in impressive fashion.

Rampage, we your fans are here, we were never gone, we were just waiting for you to come back, and we will stand by your side no matter what.

Let's hear it if you are happy to see Rampage back in action.

BTW. I am not a pride fanboy, I was just really annoyed that everyone in the bar was hating on rampage because they didn't know who he was, or what pride was, and it was really awesome to see them get some humble pie.
 
Speak for yourself, I left the building years ago. Used to be a big fan too.

it was hard to watch him fight jones, but i did really like most all of his fights, and i LOVED the rape video.
 
Was a fan but havent been in a few years. Will still watch him anytime he fights though.

This. The things he did outside the cage were a huge turn off .. and then he was just showing up to collect a payday in the cage too ...

Old Page was a beast, now I can't stand him.
 
i can't be this loyal to fighters/athletes anymore. dunno why. just seems kind of weird.

i'll watch rampage fight though. it's not like i hate him.

used to be a fedor, wand and pride fanboi tho so...

I was a fan of him in PRIDE. Knew he would beat Chuck. Once the Forrest fight was over I started seeing the same pattern of excuses, bad attitude and what seemed like loss of desire. Now all he does is blame other people and makes excuses. Granted he is getting old and can't possibly be as good as he used to.

Pretty much. Tried to tell him I'd always be a fan on twitter and the dude went ape shit at me. Always will watch him fight and am still a fan. I just know the dude's emo about shit for whatever reason.

Him and Hendo became questioned about their work ethic as the years went by. I really believed in that element Page was his own worst enemy. If he showed up motivated and in serious mode he was just plain scary, period.
 
Fan for life here. Regardless of his foibles or his seeming abandonment of his complete MMA game in favor of boxing, I always support him. One of my favorite fighters evah.
 
His fights many times was good but his interviews...
