Rampage was one of the poster boys during a PIVOTAL time period for Zuffa UFC.
Every casual fan I speak to talks about how they miss the "Rampage and Chuck" days. This dude is one of the most famous fucking fighters in their roster's history. Of course he 'deserves' to be in the Hall of Fame.

You're confusing the UFC Hall of Fame with an institution that's actually based on merit. In reality, it's just a vehicle for Zuffa to promote old timers who are still active and who are in the good graces of the company. Quinton's had way too many run ins with Zuffa to be in the HOF whether you he deserves to be there based on merit or not.
