Rampage: "Glover is too cowardly to try and stand with me"

If Rampage can only beat Glover by Glover holding back from using skills that would win the fight, Rampage doesn't deserve the win.

Rampage should feel free to go box Kimbo Slice and leave the ground game for the MMA fighters who feel like taking their career seriously.
 
Fighting with skills that Rampage can't defend against is pretty cowardly, but I think we're all forgetting how cowardly it is to fight back at all. A real man would stand still, drop his hands and eat punches; not bore us all with that stupid blocking and moving shit.

i used to like rampage a lot when he would just crack jokes and crack skulls. it seems like he just whines constantly now

dude you still a pro fighter, you have more money, and all you do is complain now. fans are what got you the TUF spot, A-team role, and big PPV bonuses. complaining 24/7 isnt going to win you any fans
 
trying to bait your opponent to keep the fight where you want it to be is a mma tradition, never work.

there is only one person in the ufc lhw division that will stand and trade with rampage, and thats hendo.

Fighting to win, means exploiting your opponents weakness. While he certainly has a respectable chance at beating Jackson on the feet, it's also the most likely spot to get caught or outright beaten, himself. Quite simply, Jackson is in the wrong sport, if he expects a one-dimensional opponent.

To add, Jackson has no real stock in this fight, as he doesn't have a future in the UFC. Teixeira, on the other hand, has reason to not only notch a win under his belt from a bigger name opponent, but it's also the perfect chance to test and train his ground game, against an opponent who won't be pulling any real BJJ.

Intelligence should earn some respect, too.

See this is where the problem lies. Its the "hive mind"...Rampage, first off has never said anything about kicks. One person says it in their post...then another person, then another person...then before you know it people are preaching it like fact.

Second, he doesn't complain about guys who take him down and actually try to fight him there. He didn't say anything at all about Jones doing it or Hendo. It's the several guys who take him down, and cant do anything with it he hates. Let's not let facts get in the way though.

That and he doesn't have poor ground skills. Well...not all around, he is defintely not good offensive wise but nobody really ever hurts him on the ground. He also got up from being mounted by Jon Jones.
