They should just let the last-minute replacement fights be catchweight. It's not for a title, so who cares if it's at 155 / 170 / whatever? Let the guys / managers agree on some number they're okay with - 165 / 174 / whatever, and everyone is happy - we get a fight, the fighters get paid, and no one is dying in the sauna.
