Anyone rack themselves when they try to hit the bar with their hips when doing a snatch?
i believe he means, hitting himself in the nuts with the bar when extending lol.
And yes, I'e done it before...it just means your extending too early.
Ouch. I've racked myself several times back when I used to ride BMX, but never when doing snatches haha. This one guy at my old job sat on his balls one time, though. He said it was an accident. He just sat down then immediately shot up and yelled in pain, claiming he sat on his nuts.
I suggest a form video.
