Quickest way to put on muscle?

I was doing a search for creatine and I came across this old post.

So whatever happened to Amy? I see she has the "amateur fighter" tag. Guess she decided to give up WWE and go with MMA, huh?

I was going to add to this thread until I saw the last post was in 2005. lol.

Big fake breasts
Willingness to walk around on TV in your underwear
Willingness to participate in storylines you wouldn't want your parents to see
If you know a wrestling move or 2, that helps as well.

That's true to some extend. Have you try the esterified creatines?

but u need as much muscle as you possibly can and all that protein bull crap wont help much

try some testosterone increasing products and human growth hormones




take the full dosage that it says to take

take in the mourning, and before you go to sleep

How about Kre-Alkaline? Suppose to drink as much water as you would a monohydrate??
