I have a question in regards of the different types there are. I think there are 4, like aneroboic, arobic, ect. Can you tell me the rest of them, just bored and decided to look into it and if you really want to, you can tell me the purpose of each and the benefits thanks.

arobic - its basically about having your heartrate between 120-160, and your body is using oxygen to power itself.

anerobic the heartrate could be anywhere between 90-200 but its an endurance phase and your body is powering itself with sugars and proteins

axiometic (spelling?) stage, your body's rate is about 30-50, very low, like sleeping

anaboric (spelling agian sorry) heart rate 220-260
basically the hardest cardio you can do its almost like a cardiac arrest

You're not very good at spelling or indeed searching cv systems on google huh.

    Aerobic

    Anaerobic

    Alactic

Never heard of the 4th one you mentioned. I don't think you can get your heart rate that high (heart attack maybe, but that wouldn't be much above 210 I would think and that's when you're young.
The 3rd one- also no idea, but Axiomatic system - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
I doubt that's what you meant.

I'll stand by for a edit or confirmation on what you meant shall I.

Haha, I was just making up some BS to a guy who posted a thread basically asking us to do a google search for him....

I think that sort of business could take off. My plan is: make a call centre. Employ a bunch of people. Get some 1800 number, then people call it and we do google searches for them, but the price of the call is like, $1.20 per minute. It'd be a service to the elderly.

"Hi you've called 1800 Googlesearch4u, what can we search for you today?"
"ohh... I was just wondering what a good recipe for lamingtons is. I feel like doing some baking"
"Oh brilliant, we'll run that search for you now"

The sad part is that had my post been serious, it wouldn't at all be surprising...

I`d be fine with it except for the targeting the elderly bit. That`s EVIL!

Oh, and TS just so you know, there`s only 1 cardiovascular system!

That already exists. It's called KGB. You text a question to them and they give you the answer. I think it costs like a dollar or something.

Joel Jamieson's Conditioning book has one of the best overviews of the energy system that I've ever read. If you are interested in the topic, it's a good read.
