A few friends and I are approaching our 30's. We have always been healthy but in the last few years let ourselves slip some.

We are doing a 12 week competition to see who can lose the most weight/fat.

What is the best gauge to tell who is doing the best, BMI? Body fat percentage?

Because we have different builds and body types.

Thank you in advance for the input!

How on earth can that tell all of those things from your feet?! Amazing!

And any other ideas are welcome!

Maybe a proportion of weight lost?

they use electronic signals, but even the expensive ones aren't going to be super accurate. the body fat calipers are going to be your best bet.
