    Can't decide what I'm gonna have. Probably gonna get cottage cheese, mix that with erythritol and add some coffee for flavoring, but looking for creative suggestion.

    Note: I can't fcking cook!

    Combine the two and you’ll get sweet chocolate milk with only two grams of carbohydrates per cup.

    It’s satisfies my late night chocolate milk cravings when I’m on Keto.

    You can get the skinny syrups at Tj Maxx stores.

    Cottage cheese has quite a few carbs in it. Wouldn't consider it keto.

    Under 50gram a day is technically keto. Zealots however will tell you 1 gram a day is not keto (exaggerating a bit here) but they are almost as annoying as vegans.

    When i do keto i still eat pasta and rice and yams. Just smaller portions.

    Ps cottage cheese sucks.

    When I was keto and I was jonesing for something that was like a dessert treat, I would use heavy cream and make whipped cream, but I would add a scoop of choclate protein and a couple drops of stevia. Basically a Keto version of Chocolate Mousse.

    I have a chinese supermarket near me that is open late. So you know what that means, fresh fish, and seafood. I just bought some tiger shrimps, and bay scallops. I seasoned and sauteed them.

    Yes, and slices of Provolone, Pepper Jack, and Manchego as well. I used to eat a whole wheel of The Laughing Cow cheese too.

    I used to eat blocks of cheese in my car or out in public and people would look at me as if I’m some savage. If you love eating cheese out in public but don’t want to be outcasted from society as some dangerous animal, then I would recommend the cheese cubes in a bag of any kind of cheese.

    If it is dairy someone generally has probably butter or hard cheese. All the hybrid dairy has carbs to varying degrees.
