going to the vitament shop at lunch today... can some people give me a common list of supplements i could take to help with my nurtrition and daily development.

already taking fish oil 1 capsule daily.

I train bjj 4-6 times a week
 
potassium helps with nerve function muscle strength
 
Take more than 1 capsule of fish oil.

I had originally heard that it's safe to consume up to 5grams of omega 3. But lately I've read 5-10g as recommended dosage.

Now most bottles will say Xg of fish oil and Xg of omega 3. It is the latter number that you are looking for. If it isn't clearly stated, just look at the nutritional values table and add the EPA and DHA to get the amount of omega 3.
