Question: Why doesn't Fedor fight with Bellator?

Ok...I haven't been keeping up with Bellator or Fedor...We all know that Fedor will not fight in the UFC...but why not Bellator or WSOF? Did he retire? He hasn't fought since 2012.

Anyways, Fedor is retired. The guy doesn't want to fight anymore. If he wanted to fight now, UFC would still sign him.
