Question: Is CroCop better as a KickBoxer or MMA Fighter?

He's better at MMA, but it is relative. He's better in a ring than a cage, obviously.

K1 champ...but the GP he won was possibly K1's weakest ever.

He's overall more accomplished in MMA than K1.

the k-1 title he won in 2013 was not a real k-1 title. k-1 went bankrupt in 2010. In 2012 someone bought the brand/name and called some random tournament K-1 wgp. At the time there were no top 5 fighters in that tournament because all of them were in Glory ( Gokhan Saki, Daniel Ghita, Peter Aerts , Errol Zimmarman, Tyrone Spong). There was badr hari who wasn't even ranked at the time because he got out of 7 months prison time with one month before that tournament.
 
MMA fighter by a good margin IMO.

We was a top guy in K-1 days but I feel he was a step below the elite of the elite (even tho he beat a bunch of them). He was also undersized there (well... Andy Hug was too).
 
His boxing was exposed a long time ago. He of course is better as someone who can use wrestling and other kind of shit.

Cro Cop, Badr Hari, Londt, Gerges, Zhuravlev were there, and they are not in any way weaker fighters that those you mentioned.
Samedov, Laschenko, Poturak, Morosanu are also very good fighters. Even Miller is NABA and NABO boxing champion and ranked in top 10 HW boxers.

Next to winning K-1 Grand Prix Cro Cop beat in his career 3 K-1 champions (Aerts, Hunt, Bonjasky)
and 6 Grand Prix runners up / 2nd place fighters (Le Banner, Mike Bernardo, Musashi, Glaube Feitosa, Ray Sefo, Ismael Londt).

Rankings were very delusional in those times of transition, and were made after Glory tournament, so all their fighters were pumped up.
K-1 GP 2012 was very strong tournament.
 
He was a pretty good kickboxer, always top 10 imo. He just got out muscled when he came to the octagon
