I'm a cook and have been for 6 years, have been lifting on and off again for about 2 years, however with my work schedule it's tough some weeks to get in 5-6 meals a day and be able to lift as well.

I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same profession and has/had the same problem and if you figured out how best to solve this problem?

You don't NEED, but you may want, to eat 5-6 meals a day. During your busy hours, you can have smaller, easier to consume meals. Then, when you're off, you can have your bigger meals. 1 meal can always be a meal replacement shake/mass gainer. That does count as a meal. It all depends on how bad you really want to stick with 5-6 meals.
